Title: Pastry Commi
Location: Ajman
Our company is looking for a Pastry Commis Chef, that bakes various desserts in a kitchen within a restaurant or bakery. They will be relocated at Corner Café.
Responsibilities:
- To create pastries, cookies and other baked goods.
- Developing new and unique recipes to feature on the menu.
- To support the hot kitchen as well whenever the operation needed.
- Operate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen.
- Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way
- Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations
Requirments:
- Minimum 2 year experience in the same field.
- Having an experience with Hot Kitchen will be an advantage.
