Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Outdoor Sales Executive to drive sales and develop client relationships. This role involves field sales, lead generation, and achieving sales targets, with a specific focus on business setup, visas, and PRO services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers for business setup and PRO services.
- Conduct market research to find sales opportunities in company formation, licensing, and governmental compliance services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing consultation on business establishment and operational requirements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for business setup and related services.
- Present and demonstrate business setup packages, visa solutions, and PRO services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure smooth onboarding for clients.
- Provide post-sales support, assisting clients with ongoing business compliance and renewal services.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer inquiries, and conversion rates.
- Stay informed about market trends, government regulations, and competitor activities in business setup and PRO services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of client requests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outdoor or field sales, preferably in business setup, visa processing, or PRO services.
- Strong knowledge of UAE business setup procedures, licensing options, and visa regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas for client meetings.
- Valid driver’s license
