Job Overview:
The Art Club Manager/Lead Trainer is responsible for driving the growth and smooth daily operations of our art club. This role encompasses creating engaging educational programs, teaching art classes, organizing community-building activities, and implementing innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering effective instruction, producing marketable content, and ensuring high member retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily club operations and implement strategies to foster growth.
• Develop and execute comprehensive lesson plans and educational projects.
• Deliver art classes with a focus on effective instructional delivery.
• Organize community events to enhance member engagement.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
• Produce high-quality, marketable content that promotes club activities.
• Ensure high levels of member retention and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A degree in Fine Arts or Masters is preferred.
• Proficiency in a mix of various art mediums, including but not limited to Technical Drawing, Sketching, Acrylic Painting, Oil Painting, Water Colour, Portrait and other art forms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience and 5 years of working experience in the art field.
• Experience in leading art clubs or workshops, with a strong emphasis on practical, hands-on art creation.
• Ability to manage and motivate students effectively.
• Knows how to manage resources effectively, ensuring the availability of necessary materials and tools for art sessions.
• A creative and patient approach to guiding and inspiring art enthusiasts.
