Job Description
We are looking to hire a Foreman for our Facilities Management (FM) Project at Alpha Link Contracting LLC.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management/construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills to supervise and coordinate site activities.
- Knowledge of MEP, civil works, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- UAE experience in FM projects is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage site activities for maintenance and facility management projects.
- Ensure work is completed as per schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors for smooth execution of tasks.
- Conduct inspections, report progress, and address site issues effectively
