- Organize and conduct property viewings, effectively presenting real estate solutions tailored to client preferences.
- Negotiate terms and facilitate transactions to ensure a seamless experience and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape, including trends, property values, and neighbourhood developments.
Requirements:
- Experience with Sales skills
- Strong communication and sales negotiation skills.
- Experience with Developer is a added advantage.
- Track record of Successful Sales journey.
