Job Title: Structural Draughtsman

Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar

Duration: 4 Months (Extendable)

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Engineering.
• AutoCAD Certification required.
• Minimum Experience: 5 years as a Structural Draughtsman in the oil and gas offshore field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft shop drawings for offshore structures including Jackets, Decks, Piles, Bridges, and miscellaneous items (e.g., Handrails, Ladders).
• Prepare cutting sheets, Material Take-Offs (MTO), and weight calculations.
• Review Tekla models, extract drawings, and ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Use AutoCAD 2024, Navisworks, and Tekla for drafting and design purposes.
• Responsible for cutting sheet preparation and nesting.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (certification required), Navisworks, and Tekla model review.
• Hands-on experience with offshore structural drafting and detailing.
• Expertise in cutting sheets, MTO, weight calculation, and nesting.
