Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for real estate? Elan Real Estate L.L.C. is expanding, and we are looking for experienced and ambitious Property Consultants to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing tailored solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
• Market Insights: Offer expert property consultations, advising clients on market trends, property values, investment opportunities, and the buying/renting process.
• Lead Generation and Conversion: Proactively generate leads through various channels and convert inquiries into successful transactions, driving sales and business growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring that transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently, while achieving optimal terms for both parties.
• Property Marketing: Assist with property marketing strategies, including conducting property viewings and utilizing Elan Real Estate's media & marketing resources.
• Market Research: Continuously monitor real estate trends and market shifts to stay ahead of the competition and provide clients with up-to-date advice and solutions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions are compliant with UAE real estate laws, industry standards, and internal policies.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1-2 years of sales experience (minimum 1 year in Dubai real estate)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent attested qualification
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license (owning a car is a plus)
• Professional demeanor and strong character
