Job Summary:
As an Eyelash Extensions Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, hands-on training in eyelash extension application. Your expertise will help students develop the necessary skills to confidently and safely apply eyelash extensions in a professional setting. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized, and passionate about teaching others while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery:
• Conduct in-person and/or virtual eyelash extension training sessions, ensuring that all lessons are clear, engaging, and adhere to the curriculum.
• Curriculum Implementation:

Teach students the essential techniques for eyelash extension application, including preparation, sanitation, design, styling, and aftercare.

• Skill Development:

-Demonstrate and coach students on the proper application of various eyelash extension types (classic, volume, hybrid, etc.) and ensure they meet industry standards.

-Evaluate students' practical and theoretical knowledge through assessments, quizzes, and practical exams to ensure their proficiency.

-Provide constructive feedback and offer guidance to students to improve their techniques and skills.

-Ensure all safety protocols and sanitation standards are followed during training to promote a safe learning environment.

-Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to excel and fosters a love for the craft.

-Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, performance, and progress tracking.

-Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the eyelash extension industry and update the training curriculum as necessary.

• Proven experience as a licensed and certified eyelash extension artist.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in applying eyelash extensions.
• Previous experience as a trainer or educator in the beauty industry is preferred but not required.
• In-depth knowledge of eyelash extension products, tools, and safety practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• A passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
• Ability to manage multiple students and maintain a productive classroom environment.
