Pastry Chef Positions Available:

  • Commis I, II, III
  • Demi Chef de Partie
  • Chef de Partie
  • Sous Chef
  • Senior Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality pastries and desserts
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies
  • Manage inventory and stock levels for your station
  • Train and mentor junior staff members

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and trends
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creativity
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications
