Job Description:
Al Marwan Group is seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for clients, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Troubleshoot and manage Yardi systems and related applications.
  • Utilize expertise in MS Office Suite to support technical and operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet support requirements.
  • Support facility management (FM) systems and processes (preferred).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably with Yardi system experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Immediate availability to join.
  • Experience in facility management (FM) is a plus.
