Job Description:
Al Marwan Group is seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for clients, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Troubleshoot and manage Yardi systems and related applications.
- Utilize expertise in MS Office Suite to support technical and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet support requirements.
- Support facility management (FM) systems and processes (preferred).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably with Yardi system experience.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Experience in facility management (FM) is a plus.
