BIM Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in Building Information Modeling tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar software. Preference will be given to candidates with Civil 3D knowledge. Proficiency in clash detection and exceptional communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts using Navisworks.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project specifications, and deadlines.
• Apply basic knowledge of Civil 3D for minor updates or data extraction, primarily for roads, tracks, and utilities.
• Collaborate with project teams and communicate effectively to address technical challenges.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Autodesk Revit for building and infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on expertise with Navisworks and strong clash detection capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and integration with GIS.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
