Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical execution of projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing resources, and ensuring the projects are completed on time and within budget. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing appropriate solutions.
• Adhere to field procedures and protocols while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Report all issues, progress, and concerns to the line manager in a timely manner.
• Follow company policies and procedures in all aspects of site management and operations.
• Produce detailed, timely service reports outlining key activities and progress.
• Cooperate with the technical team to share relevant information across departments and ensure project success.
• Oversee each phase of the installation, maintenance, or product development, ensuring compliance with company specifications and regulatory standards.
• Identify and procure necessary resources, materials, and equipment for the project.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure the safety, effectiveness, and reliability of systems and products.
• Evaluate costs within the project time frame, ensuring budget adherence.
• Supervise the installation of equipment, ensuring work is carried out according to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to clarify project specifications and generate ideas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and direction to maintenance staff on minor repairs (e.g., patching drywall, fixing faulty wiring, unclogging drains).
• Manage the performance of technicians, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and monitor adherence on-site.
• Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring the project stays within financial limits.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
