Job Description

Scope of Work:

The internal auditor - IT will conduct a comprehensive review of the following areas:

1. System Processes

· Assess the design and operational effectiveness of key business processes and systems.

· Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

2. Data Entry Accuracy

· Evaluate data entry processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. Inventory Accuracy

· Conduct random physical inventory counts and compare results with system records.

· Review inventory management processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.

4. Compliance and Risk Management

· Review compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

· Recommend strategies for mitigating identified risks.

5. Reporting and Documentation

· Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations.

· Present findings to managers & top management.

· Documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.

2. Experience in auditing, data analysis, and risk management related to IT.
