Role Overview:


We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to lead company’s growth and business expansion efforts in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of the Saudi market, particularly in sectors such as ecological studies, agroecological services. nursery management, natural resources, environmental management, wildlife, veterinary services, irrigation, landscaping, and any other relevant to expand our presence. He will be instrumental in building relationship with government clients.


This role requires a balance of strong business acumen, technical understanding, and relationship-building skills to maximize our impact and align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Strategy Development:
    Formulate and execute a market-specific business development strategy in alignment with Barari’s goals, focusing on natural resources, environmental management, and landscaping solutions. Develop long-term business plans to achieve company objectives within these sectors.
  • Opportunity Identification:
    Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the natural resources, environmental, and landscaping sectors, ensuring Barari capitalizes on emerging trends, technological advances, and regulatory shifts.
  • Client Relations:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders in the government and private sector. Act as the face of Barari in the Saudi market, representing the company’s values, vision, and capabilities to key decision-makers.
  • Technical and Commercial Proposal Submissions:
    Assist the development of both technical and commercial proposals for tenders, ensuring that all submissions are tailored to client requirements and in compliance with industry standards. This includes collaborating with technical teams to ensure accurate cost estimates and resource allocation, and preparing detailed, persuasive proposals to meet project specifications and client expectations.
  • Needs Analysis & Solution Customization:
    Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to identify and provide tailored solutions, leveraging Barari’s expertise in environmental sustainability, landscaping, and resource management. Customize proposals and solutions to meet specific project requirements and environmental challenges.
  • Presentation & Proposal Development:
    Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders, highlighting Barari’s technical expertise, value propositions, and ability to deliver high-quality, sustainable projects.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the environmental, natural resources, and landscaping sectors. Use market intelligence to adjust strategies, identify new opportunities, and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Collaboration:
    Partner with internal teams, including project managers, technical experts, and client-facing staff, to ensure seamless project execution from sales through to client onboarding and implementation.
