Job Summary: As a Sales Executive (Hair Care Products) Outdoor, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our hair care products in Qatar. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current clients, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify potential clients and new sales opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of the company's hair care product line.

Provide product knowledge and information to clients and potential customers.

Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations.

Client Engagement:

Conduct product demonstrations and consultations with clients.

Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to meet clients' specific needs.

Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Market Research:

Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market trends.

Identify and report on customer feedback and preferences.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in sales, especially in hair care, styling, colourants, and other beauty products beauty or personal care product industry.

Previous experience in sales of hair care products of L'Oreal, Kerastase, Garnier, Pantene, Wella or similar product line.

Strong understanding of hair care products and their applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Results-oriented and self-motivated.

Qatar driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is a plus.
