About the Position:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Process Development & Improvement Specialist to join Emirates Transport - MRO Team. This role is responsible for driving Technical Services Division efficiency through business process re-engineering initiatives and incremental process improvements.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Evaluates Technical Services Centers/Units to identify requirements for business process change or optimization.
  • Conducts professional measuring and monitoring as well as provision of feedback on key operational performance indicators of business processes to identify potential improvement opportunities.
  • Emphasizes continuous process improvement and reengineering in key meetings and furthers the agenda by gaining commitment from all stakeholders.
  • Provides support to various departments in the implementation of business process improvement/ quality improvement projects and ensures timely completion of the same.
  • Reviews and checks engineering drawings, plans, estimates, and reports for completeness, accuracy, and soundness.
  • Provides technical support and assistance in the planning, development, and implementation of new venture/workshop guidance documents, and operating procedures and acts as a technical advisor.
  • Ensures proper implementation of external auditors’ recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, ensures complete and accurate record keeping of process audits, and reviews them.

Expected Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Certification in Business Process Improvement, six sigma, or any other relevant subject will be considered an advantage

Experience and Skills Set:

  • 5+ years of experience in a process improvement-relevant field.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
