·        Implement and execute the equipment inspection and maintenance records, according to the requirements of the establishment of equipment resume;

·        Responsible for the safe operation of equipment, training and education of safety knowledge, including equipment personnel and production operators to work closely with production, equipment failure or abnormalities, able to organize personnel to discuss and analyze to determine troubleshooting solutions;

·        Maintain good communication with the equipment outsourcing department, accurately deliver the outsourcing needs, and solve equipment problems with the outsourcing factory;

·        Responsible for upgrading the existing equipment, formulating the transformation plan according to the specific situation, and tracking the implementation of the plan and the later effect;

·        5S standardized management of the maintenance site, regular safety education and skills training for the team personnel;

·        Organize the class to learn and implement various management systems;

·        Clean up the tools in the workshop, keep the workshop hygiene, daily self-inspection of the production site in accordance with the "6S" standard, and urge each post to continuously improve site management;

·        Organize and rectify the production site, clearly demarcate qualified products, semi-finished products and waste products, and create a standardized, neat and clean working environment;

Supervise the standard operation of staffs.
