We are looking to recruit a Senior Manager Enterprise Sales (Construction, Hospitality & Healthcare Sales) for our business division in Dubai.
The selected candidate will be required to:
Principal Functions:
Manage sales and drive improvement in share of wallet for 5-10 large accounts (total. Revenue under management: AED 80-90 million). Maintains strong professional relationships with key decision makers/influencers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage sales and drive improvement in wallet share for 5-10 large Hospitality accounts (total revenue under management: AED 40-60 million)
Maintain strong professional relationships with key decision makers/influencers
· Manage account sales and wallet share
· Identify opportunities to increase sales of digital services products along with core telecom products
· Lead contract negotiations and involve the right stakeholders as needed
· Develop account plans identifying opportunities and strategies to capture them
· Understand competitor offerings, value propositions and key strengths. Develop plan to anticipate and respond to competitor actions
Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Builds and manages permanent, trusting customer relationships and ensures customer satisfaction and retention as well as profitable account growth and achievement of revenue targets by coordinating all customer-related activities.
2. Bears overall responsibility for customer ownership and acts as central point of contact and interface between customer organization and Etisalat.
3. Executes overall sales strategy and develops compelling plans for each account with awareness on importance and strategic impact for Etisalat.
4. Tracks, analyses and understands customers’ business, procurement process and buying criteria; anticipates their needs and translates into present and future requirements for ICT services and tailored solutions.
5. Gathers and processes of customer related market intelligence and reports findings to Industry Sales Manager and Senior Manager Enterprise Sales
6. Identifies accesses and manages key decision makers and key influencers in the purchasing process.
7. Keeps up to date with industry trends, Etisalat products & solutions and technology and service developments.
8. Manages entire sales cycle including customer profiling, account planning, lead generation
9. Leads development of sales proposals tailored to address customer requirements by interfacing with Pre-Sales Support.
10. Effectively manages negotiations with customers; finalizes proposals/ contracts with customers, closes and signs deals.
11. Coordinates all related sections (especially Service Delivery) to ensure smooth and efficient processing, delivery and implementation of sold services within required deadlines and with required level of quality
12. Ensures overall customer satisfaction by coordinating all customer facing activities and proactively initiate ideas on potential improvement programs.
13. Provides thorough after-sales services and proficiently handles issues & problems.
Knowledge, Experience & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or/and IT or equivalent.
- NICE TO HAVE Project Management (Prince, PMP), Microsoft, IT Security Certified.
- MUST HAVE 5-6 years’ experience as a sales manager, solution architect or product manager, preferably in organizations selling Hospitality related digital solutions.
