The Admission Counselor is responsible for recruiting prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and helping them make informed decisions about their education. The ideal candidate is an experienced counselor who has a strong understanding of the education industry in UAE and is able to build relationships with prospective students and their families.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with prospective students and their families through effective communication and personalized attention.
• Guide prospective students through the admission process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and providing guidance on financial aid and scholarships.
• Collaborate with the institute's marketing team to develop marketing materials that effectively communicate the institute's value proposition to prospective students.
• Represent the institute at recruitment events, fairs, and other venues to attract prospective students and promote the institute's brand.
• Monitor enrollment trends and provide regular reports to the management team on recruitment activities and results.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students and their application status.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other groups to identify and recruit prospective students.
• Participate in the development of the institute's admissions policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in admissions counseling and apply this knowledge to enhance the institute's recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in admissions counseling, preferably in the education industry in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the education industry in UAE, including admissions policies and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with prospective students and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and motivation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
• Knowledge of marketing and branding principles.
