Role Summary
To drive the execution, operations & performance management for the entire sales org across the 8 markets, including AMs, Sales, TLs, CH, DoS, (400+ people); The role will have a special focus on - inventory management (70k+ restaurants), sales automation (with DH) & competitiveness of talabat
What’s On Your Plate?
- Lead the performance management of the entire sales org across 8 markets - bonus, PIP, hiring, trainings
- Lead the strategy & execution on special projects that help maintain & grow the commission revenue of the food business
- Lead the strategy & adoption of new automation solutions coming for the acquisition organization
- Lead the strategy & execution of the inventory growth in each market, solving for gaps vs competition, exclusivity
- Build playbooks to grow inventory - across the key account, non-key account & preferred partner relationships
- Build SOPs to manage inventory - acquisition, onboarding, growth management, churn
- Be a thought partner with the MD in improving the sales & AM operations in each country
- Lead the thinking and management on Commission revenue and fees along with DH to ensure we achieve CR budgets
- Improve the sales & account management processes from acquisition, onboarding, growth
What Did We Order?
- 10-15+ years of work experience in the field of sales & operations, managed a P&L before, set targets & bonus
- hands on leader who is analytical, can think strategically, breakdown complex problems and is able to connect the dots across complex topics across departments
- Strong analytical Skills,
- demonstrate get leadership skills in past experience, understand operational analytics, business statistics & a bit of product knowledge of Salesforce (e.g. would be expected to spot opportunities to enhance system usage to drive better results)
