We will count on you to:

• Remain compliant with internal standards and policies when dealing with sensitive information by maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Assist team with a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned.
• Prepare responses to routine inquiries.
• Build relationships with clients; proactively spot clients that haven't been called upon and/or who need follow up.
• Understand the business goals and objectives of each supported senior level employee and help to push them forward.
• Maintain diaries for senior level employees; schedules internal and external meetings, communicates with clients and infrastructure staff as appropriate; coordinates travel and accommodations.

What you need to have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience within relevant work.
• Experience from Insurance industry is a plus.
• Very good communication skills.
• Excellent Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in English both written and oral. Arabic is a plus.
