Administrative Assistant - Entry Level - Remote

Job Description

As a Remote Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our team with administrative tasks. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Managing email and phone communications
  • Performing research and preparing reports
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Assisting with data entry and other tasks as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
