Key Responsibilities


▪ In this role, you will participate in BPI – Finance engagements, work as a team member, sharing

responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress, help prepare for meetings with target management teams, and participate in these meetings and assist in preparing reports and schedules for clients and other parties.

▪ You will be primarily based in our Dubai or Abu Dhabi office, serving our local clients, but also working with colleagues within the Middle Region.

▪ You are also anticipated to have a large amount of interaction with the other Protiviti’slines of services (such as Risk and Governance, Technology Consulting, Data & Digital teams etc.) which requires a high[1]level understanding of the wider Protiviti’s offering and trends outside your core area of expertise.

▪ You will be expected to build and maintain positive, productive and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

▪ You will be also responsible for business development efforts within the organization to bring in additional business opportunities and promote Protiviti-BPI’s brand image across the region.


Experience and Qualification required


▪ Qualified MBA (Finance) /CA/ACCA or equivalent.

▪ 3-5 years’ experience in management consulting especially with Finance Background, preferably from

Big 4s or equivalent.

▪ Proven track record of working on the above-mentioned domains

▪ Good knowledge of the Finance function, processes and supporting tools

▪ Exposure / Understanding of relevant modules ERPs such a Dynamics, CRM, SAP, Oracle etc.

▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project, etc.)

▪ Ability to identify key issues and potential risks to make recommendations to address problems
