Our company is looking for a
Retail Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities
- Experience in ticketing system and making adjustment to reservations.
- An in-depth understanding of travel industry policies including fares, refunds, reissues and itinerary changes.
- Organizing individual or group tours.
- Book travel packages, hotel bookings, ticketing and all travel related business.
- Meet sales target and profit goals.
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
- Stay up to date with travel and tourism trends.
- Effectively maintaining and retaining existing customers by building long term relationship.
- Promote company's product to existing customers to attract new customers.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities; Identify new potential customers, set up ideal prospecting strategies.
Requirements
- Minimal experience as Travel Agent is a must.
- Knowledge in GDS systems.
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
- Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
- Preferably from Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand or China.
- Must be already here in UAE for interview.

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Travel Agent: 1 year (Preferred)
