Our company is looking for a Retail Travel Agent


Job Responsibilities


  • Experience in ticketing system and making adjustment to reservations.
  • An in-depth understanding of travel industry policies including fares, refunds, reissues and itinerary changes.
  • Organizing individual or group tours.
  • Book travel packages, hotel bookings, ticketing and all travel related business.
  • Meet sales target and profit goals.
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
  • Stay up to date with travel and tourism trends.
  • Effectively maintaining and retaining existing customers by building long term relationship.
  • Promote company's product to existing customers to attract new customers.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities; Identify new potential customers, set up ideal prospecting strategies.


Requirements


  • Minimal experience as Travel Agent is a must.
  • Knowledge in GDS systems.
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
  • Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
  • Preferably from Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand or China.
  • Must be already here in UAE for interview.

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)


Experience:


  • Travel Agent: 1 year (Preferred)
