Planning and Reporting Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities

  • The planning and reporting supervisor will be leading a team of strategic planners and report analysts to develop and implement strategic plans that support organizations long-term goals.
  • Conduct research and analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the integration of strategic plans with existing programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of strategic plans to ensure they are on track to meet goals and objectives.
  • Communicate strategic plans and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and participate in strategic planning meetings and workshops.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of strategic plans.
  • Manage the budget and resources for the strategic planning department.

Required qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration, strategic management, or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of experience in strategic planning, market analysis, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, managing a team of strategic planners and report analysts.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate strategic plans and progress to stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management software, data analytics tools, and reporting software.
  • Experience in commodity trading and logistic company is a plus.
