Expanding their team across the globe, we are now helping hire for a Business Unit Director - Global or one of their business units. The role is based Dubai.

The objective of this role will be to Implement the company's strategy for growth, managing all phases of development, engineering and product line management. The incumbent will have full responsibility of product marketing and engineering across MEA and Asia. This role will be managing the global PnL for the Business Unit.

What we are looking for?

• knowledge of the market, customers, competitors current, customer needs and arising technologies in the joystick space
• Manage and grow the team across various locations with a focus on employee retention and satisfaction
• Implementation of marketing and growth plans
• Achieves optimum employee levels to meet maximum efficiency/productivity and the annual budgetary plan
• Drives the engineering activities in order to ensure successful and timely innovations Ensures engineering
• Is accountable forth the P&L of the Business unite
• Provides accurate reporting, analyses and according improvements and solutions
