Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of proven experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design and execution of test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes that align with project requirements.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to identify bugs, defects, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- Mentor and train junior members of the quality assurance team.
- Investigate and analyze root causes of technical issues and provide feedback to the development team.
- Continuously improve QA processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on software testing.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing test plans and test cases.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with performance testing and security testing.
