Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Sales Executive at Bissan Travel & Tourism located in Amman. The Outbound Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, promoting travel packages and services, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role requires excellent communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
