We are looking for a creative and experienced Design Director to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement design strategies that align with our goals and brand identity.
• Oversee the execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members.
• Pitch ideas and present the creative vision clearly, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of the creative team.
• Ensure that all of the organization’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
• Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
• Distill abstract business concepts and needs into elegant creative solutions.
• Monitor team performance and oversee their work.
• Mentor the design team.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.
• Responsible for handing a group of accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or any other design related field
• 12+ years of experience as a graphic designer, senior designer, or any related role
• Expert with design software and editing tools. (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, ...)
• Portfolio of completed design projects
• Experience with AI tools and techniques in design
• Proficiency with photo editing software and camera equipment
• Good aesthetic sense and creative thinking

Salary Range:
