Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hardware and Software Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both hardware and software products, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our hardware and software product lines throughout their lifecycle, from development to customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge:
· Develop a deep understanding of our hardware and software product offerings, including features, specifications, and capabilities.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in hardware and software technologies.
2. Market Analysis:
· Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitive offerings.
· Analyze market data to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
3. Customer Support:
· Provide technical expertise and assistance to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders regarding our hardware and software products.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software products.
4. Product Development:
· Collaborate with product development teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and contribute to the design and development process.
· Provide feedback and insights based on customer and market feedback to inform product development efforts.
5. Training and Documentation:
· Create training materials and documentation to educate internal teams, partners, and customers about our hardware and software products.
· Conduct training sessions to ensure that internal teams are equipped to effectively support and sell our products.
6. Sales Performance:
· Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly within the technology industry.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.
7. Continuous Improvement:
· Monitor customer feedback and product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with internal teams to implement product enhancements and updates based on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong technical background in both hardware and software products.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences related to PC products.
- Providing product expertise and technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Experience in customer support and technical troubleshooting.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in PC technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Certification in relevant hardware and software technologies is a plus.
