Job Description: 

As a Brand Designer at Ivy, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative design solutions that align with our brand strategy, including product design. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure brand consistency and create visually engaging materials that resonate with target audiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and overall visual style.
  • Design product packaging and promotional materials such as brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website elements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Assist in the design and development of our product portfolio, staying up to date with the latest industry innovations.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders.
  • Revise and refine designs based on feedback and project requirements.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation of all design projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Brand Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and product design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • UI/UX design skills are a plus.
