At Jordan Ahli Bank, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the digital banking experience for our customers. We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Consumer Banking department. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for Ahli Bank’s E-Channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance usability and drive customer satisfaction.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
:User Interface Design
- :Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for Ahli Bank’s E-Channels, ensuring seamless navigation and user interaction
- .Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
.User Research and Analysis
- :Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations
- .Analyze user feedback and usage data to iterate and improve upon existing designs
.Collaboration and Communication
- :Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into design solutions
- .Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
.Usability and Accessibility
- :Advocate for usability and accessibility best practices in design decisions
- .Conduct accessibility audits and ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines
.Iterative Design Process
- :Iterate on designs based on feedback from usability testing, stakeholder input, and data-driven insights
- .Continuously refine and improve the user experience through iterative design processes
.Design System Management
- :Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency across Ahli Mobile and other digital products
- .Document design guidelines and patterns to facilitate efficient design and development processes
.Stay Updated on Industry Trends
- :Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and fintech
- .Apply new design tools and techniques to enhance design processes and outcomes

Skills & Qualification
- s:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Design & Visual Communications or a related fiel
- d.Minimum of 4 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar rol
- e.Proven track record of designing successful mobile application
- s.Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skill
- s.Experience in the fintech industry is a strong advantag
- e.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figm
