Roles and Responsibities:
- Support the marketing manager in the creation and execution of marketing strategies and plans for all verticals within the company, collaborate with the team, and take ownership of marketing tasks to deliver marketing projects. Ability to multitask on more than one ongoing marketing project at a time
- Leading execution of digital campaigns as per marketing plans, with the ability to understand campaign numbers, report on the campaign performance and optimize when needed. Channel experience required on google ad words and LinkedIn
- Marketing project management required and an understanding of marketing project requirements and the ability to work independently with the team to deliver.
- Campaign management required keyword research, audience research and set up, campaign idea creation, copywriting, content updates, campaign set on multiple platforms, monitoring, and reporting.
- Stakeholder management required manage suppliers to deliver marketing tasks like database building, campaign setups, website building and updates, marketing team communication to deliver tasks related to project management, external communication with event sponsors to deliver marketing deliverables, book hotels, manage video or photography requirements for events, work with designers to design and deliver marketing collateral
- Manage websites and updates of marketing content on websites related to projects and sponsors
- Support the marketing manager in ensuring all marketing activities are performed quick & efficiently and provide a very organized approach to work activities, where additional hours may be required during busy events timings.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, and internal and external stakeholders, have administrative documents processed and assign and execute tasks related to setting up projects for clients or sponsors.
- Support project campaign creation, through basic design on canva, and execute as per schedule. Work with suppliers to build creative landing pages and HTML emailers.
- Experience required on LinkedIn campaign manager, active campaign / or email software, hootsuite / or social schedulers, trello / or project manag,ent platform, canva , SEO management software
- Basic or advanced understanding of SEO required
- Event marketing experience is a plus, digital marketing is a necessity
- Ability to take ownership of projects and solve problems with a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and other relevant field
- 3 to 5 years in an event marketing role or marketing executive role is desired
- Knowledgeable in google ad words, LinkedIn campaign manager, canva
- Extremely organized, problem solver and has attention to detail
- Event and digital marketing experience is a must
