Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at ARCADIA Management Consulting in Amman. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting project management, conducting research, analyzing data, and assisting in client presentations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.

We are looking for an "Assistant Manager Level - Management Consulting Project Manager" in Amman /Jordan with 6 to 8 years (minimum 6 years - maximum 8 years) of solid and proven experience in the Management Consulting and Business Advisory fields covering multiple sections of the below areas (must have proven experience in multiple areas - not specialized in one area):
- organization design
- digital transformation
- business transformation
- technology consulting
- project/program management and PMO
- business process reengineering / business process mapping
- business analysis
- data analysis and modeling
- financial analysis and modeling
- change management
- human capital management
- human resources management
- strategy management
- strategic planning
- business planning
- IoT, AI, Data Analytics
and/or any other management and business consulting services
MUST HAVE:
- Experience with Multinational consulting companies/ big 4 consulting
- Experience with international projects in the Middle East/ GCC
- Experience with international organizations such as the World Bank, USAID, UKAID etc. ... is a plus
- Willing to travel if/when required up to 80% of the time
Experience: The candidate must have solid experience at least in one of the following sectors:
- Banking
- Financial Services
- Real-estate
- Insurance
- Healthcare Management
- Hospitality
- Manufacturing
- Government and Public Sector
Education: any related education field:
- Business Administration
- Industrial Engineering
- Engineering Management
- Economics
- Accounting and Finance Management
- Human Resources Management
- IT, BIS, MIS etc...
- Masters degree is a plus
Certifications: related certifications will be a big plus and added value (PMP, Certified Change Management, Certified Business Process Management, etc. …)
Language: An excellent command of both Arabic and English Languages is a MUST. (Mandatory requirement, needs to be mentioned in the CV) - any other languages will be added value (French, German)
