Job Summary
The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance our online visibility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and a proven track record of driving organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Keyword Research and Analysis
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
Analyze keyword performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
On-Page SEO
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal links for target keywords.
Ensure content is well-structured, engaging, and follows SEO best practices.
Content Strategy
Develop and implement content strategies that align with SEO goals.
Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
Technical SEO
Ensure the website is technically optimized, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, and proper indexing.
Identify and fix technical SEO issues such as broken links and crawl errors.
Link Building
Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
Monitor and manage the backlink profile to maintain a healthy link environment.
SEO Audits
Conduct regular SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
Use SEO tools to monitor website performance and implement necessary changes.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Track and analyze key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders on SEO performance and progress.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends
Keep up-to-date with changes in search engine algorithms and industry best practices.
Continuously refine SEO strategies to stay competitive.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
Provide SEO recommendations during website redesigns or new website launches.
Competitive Analysis
Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Use insights to enhance the company's SEO efforts.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO or a related field.
Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS).
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Strong writing and editing skills for creating and optimizing content.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized with strong project management skills.
Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must
