We are looking for a skilled trainer to train and mentor agents and develop individuals into highly productive agents. This will be done through hands on training with tact and diplomacy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and call center software (Service Titan, RingCentral).
- Conduct ongoing performance evaluations and provide coaching to call center representatives.
- Identify training needs and develop targeted training plans to address performance gaps.
- Utilize call recordings and quality assurance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and role-play scenarios.
- Track and measure training effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with call center management to achieve team and individual performance goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in training and coaching call center representatives.
- Strong knowledge of call center metrics and performance management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members.
- Proficiency in Service Titan and RingCentral.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
