Responsibilities:

• Design of various Information and Communications Technologies (ICT), Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Security Systems (Fire alarm system, structured cabling system, data network, CCTV system, Access control systems, intrusion detection system, audiovisual, public address system, IPTV/MATV system, parking management system, etc.) for various types of buildings & infrastructure projects.
• Perform design calculations and simulation for various ICT and ELV systems.
• Attend the projects meetings and perform action on related agreed points.
• Coordinate with different Engineering disciplines (inter-disciplinary coordination), local authorities, service providers and Clients.
• Prepare the project drawings, list of drawings, etc.
• Prepare project documents including scope of work, specifications, design reports, bill of quantities, etc.
• Prepare project deliverables using BIM based software (Revit, Civil 3D).
• Deliver the project documents as per Company quality procedures and delivery timeline.
• Ensure ICT and ELV systems design compliance with the applicable Standards, Regulations and best practice.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable University in any of the following fields: Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Energy Engineering.
• 3-8 years of experience of ICT and ICT systems design for projects in GCC region (BIM based projects).
• Solid knowledge of ICT and ELV engineering basics.
• Solid knowledge of design for various systems.
• Excellent knowledge of local and international regulations (NFPA 72, NFPA 101, Saudi Building Code, Civil Defense Regulations, etc.).
• Excellent command of design tools and software (iBwave, EASE, etc.).
• High proficiency in using REVIT and Navisworks for design and modelling of ELV and ICT systems.
• Ability to perform design value engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of the products in the market and latest trends.
• High proficiency in communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent team player.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent logical thinking and ability to evaluate new approaches, systems and solutions.

• Arabic: High Proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Computational Design and Dynamo BIM.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
• BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).
• BICSI Data Center Design Consultant (DCDC).
• Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP).
• Accredited Tier Designer (ATD).
• Certified Technology Specialist (CTS).
