Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal writing, client interaction, or a related field.
- Experience in the furniture manufacturing industry is a plus.
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
- Intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop or similar tools for creating and editing visuals.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for developing presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
4. Personal Attributes:

- Creative mindset for developing appealing proposals and presentations.

5. Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare comprehensive proposals for clients, incorporating data, visuals, and persuasive content.
- Create and edit visual content using Adobe Photoshop or similar .
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with the project department to gather necessary information and ensure proposals meet client specifications.
- Maintain and update proposal templates and materials.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns.
- Work closely with the sales & projects teams to align proposals with company strategies and goals.
- Manage proposal timelines and ensure timely submission.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions and planning.
