The role is based in Doha - Qatar.

Responsibilities

● Manage stake holders expectations including clients and partners/vendors. Building strong relationship.

● Make critical decisions, provide direction and leadership to managers on project management, technical management, financial and operational management.

● Report project progress to steering committee, stake holders and senior management

● Monitor development and implementation progress, ensuring quality and project

performance

● Work with project managers and partners to manage project finances and human resources

effectively and in optimal cost

● Ensure legal compliance and permits required for projects

● Identify and mitigate project risks

● Work in an office and at project site

Requirements/Skills

● Possess both leadership and business management skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams and suppliers, in an international environment

● At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role and managing more than two projects.

● Excellent interpersonal communication skills and is able to present well in project steering

committee, and good at senior management updates

● Able to use own initiative to move project in a complex environment

● Understand software development, IT, OT, network and cybersecurity.

● Understand system safety and workplace safety
