As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and visionary Software Engineering Manager to lead our technology team and drive the digital transformation of our B2B processes.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Software Engineering Manager to join our team in Amman, Jordan, and take on the role of Technology Lead at Toolmart.me. This individual will be responsible for spearheading our efforts to digitize and enhance our B2B e-commerce platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Leadership: Lead the software development team in designing, developing, and implementing new features for our B2B e-commerce platform.

• Digital Transformation: Drive the digitization of our B2B processes, streamlining operations, and improving customer experiences.

• Architecture & Design: Oversee the architectural design and ensure scalability, security, and performance of the platform.

• Team Management: Mentor and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Product Development: Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.

• Technical Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap to support the company’s growth and expansion.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code through best practices and code reviews.

• Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party technology providers and partners.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Skills: Strong expertise in full-stack development, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in e-commerce, particularly B2B platforms, is highly desirable.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Language: Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Amman, Jordan.
