The Role:
We are looking for an Inside Sales - IT Sector profile with experience in developing demand generation campaigns and capturing leads from large accounts, preferably in the area of software or IT services in the Middle East Region. You will be our ideal candidate if:
- You have a University Degree or Higher Degree and a very high level of English.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Previous experience in inside sales experience, or related sales experience with minimum 2 years experience.
- You are proactive in capturing and generating new customer sales opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
- You have ambition to develop within a constantly growing company.
- You are passionate about technology. You have a great desire to learn and the ability to understand technological concepts and tools.
- You have the ability to do business prospecting over the phone, you are enthusiastic, dynamic and capable of self-motivation.
- You have negotiation, communication and argumentation skills.
- You are a team player and you can work under pressure to meet goals.
- Cloud Software knowledge, preferable previous experience in selling Cloud Software.
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
- Social Media Skills for finding contacts and communicating through different channels.
We are looking for a self-sufficient person, with initiative and with the ability to develop new business, combining skills and knowledge of marketing and sales.
What we need to see from you:
The objective of the position is to generate demand, capture leads and arrange meetings in which the commercial department will offer the company's services. To do this, you will perform the following functions:
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
- Identify and contact the right partners in large accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or any other digital marketing options.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls or emails to potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Working with sales team when closing sale
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
- Manage and track customers and transactional information in our CRM, recording all demand generation activities carried out.
- Maintain a fluid relationship with Google so that there is mutual trust that ensures success.
- Work as a team with other marketing, presales, or consulting individuals to maximize revenue potential and ensure client success.
The position is based in the Dubai office.
