Sales Coordinator
Position Overview:
CMS-Arabia, a leading engineering firm specializing in water solutions and pumps, is looking for a qualified Sales Coordinator to join our team in Jordan.
Key Responsibilities:
-Follow up to update leads and opportunities on CRM.
-Manage the Leads and Opportunities.
-Follow up on the tasks executions.
-Follow up on all Emails.
-Follow up with Odoo to manage all tasks reassign, and deadlines.
-Coordinate between the Sales department and (technical, supply chain, and finance).
-Manage the document and archiving.
-Review all the projects closed and check the document is complete.
-Typing any documents required and Submittal Arrangement.
-Follow up on any managerial tasks that should be executed.
-Review all the SO closed and check the document is complete.
-Review all the projects closed and check the document is complete.
-Any instructions from the direct manager.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any related field.
-Proven experience in a sales coordinator, sales support, or administrative role.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
-High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
