You will be responsible for traveling arrangements (Flight Ticket, Hotel, Outbound Visa, Tours & Packages and Insurance booking) for our clients. The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.

- Must be fluent in English.
- The communication skills should be top notch to meet the need of management.
- Career minded and ambitious with the ability to work independently
- Provide exceptional Traveler Care and Customer Service to Clients.
- Should have good knowledge of Travel and Tourism (Geographical Knowledge is mandatory).
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer queries.
- Research and resolve client inquiries/issues at the point of sale.
- Must have experience in handling face-to-face client.
- Embrace the role of providing a Superior Consultative value to Clients versus just being an order taker.
- Open to work in a flexible environment, roster off, public holidays and festivals.
- Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
- Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
- Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
- Create and update electronic records of clients.
- Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends.
Qualifications
- Proven (2-3 years) working experience as a Outbound Travel Consultant in UAE.
- Excellent knowledge of Travel systems (Galileo, Amadeus & Online B2B Portals).
- Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc.).
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrable ability to handle crises.
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field will be preferred.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks.
- Holidays experience is an advantage.
