Customer Success Manager / Full time (Remote)

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales and Product teams to relay customer feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success, sharing knowledge and insights with the team

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for helping others succeed
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer success tools is a plus
