Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a technical support role or customer service role .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
