Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Office Manager and CEO Assistant. The Office Manager and CEO Assistant will handle various administrative tasks, provide assistance to the CEO, and ensure the smooth operations of the office. This is an on-site role located in Amman, Jordan.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in providing administrative assistance
  • Proficiency in using office equipment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the training and coaching industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
