Manage and support Oracle Fusion applications, focusing on HCM, Purchasing, and Finance modules. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, data migration, and reporting using Oracle tools, while ensuring database security and adherence to IT policies. Strong programming skills, Oracle DBA experience, and effective communication are essential.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Acting as a system support administrator to provide solutions related to oracle fusion applications, business Process technical support for Oracle modules (HCM, Purchasing and finance)
- Dealing with Oracle Support to solve problems in the shortest possible time.
- Participating in the implementation setup for additional modules and interfaces on OCI.
- Migrating Data using PL/SQL procedures and Oracle Data Integrator.
- Data Cleansing & Matching using Oracle tools.
- Building analytics reports using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition and OTBI.
- Applying professional database management concepts and defined IT and data management policies and procedures in completing assignments.
- Working on database-related issues and projects of moderate scope taking in numerous business practice and technical considerations, applying defined IT procedures and practices to database projects.
- Maintaining security and integrity controls.
- Monitoring policies, procedures and standards related to database management.
- Assessing with implementing enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills with fluency in English.
- Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
- Self-motivated, organized, self-starter and dynamic.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field
