Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at Qasid Arabic Institute in Amman. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers and printers, and offering help desk support to faculty, staff, and students on campus.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Desktop Computers and Printer Support experience
- Help Desk Support knowledge
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+)
