Job Description:

will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting commercial and operational reports and metrics independently. This role will provide actionable insights and findings directly to the General Manager. Additionally, the incumbent will represent the GM in following up on special projects related to commercial and operational departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Data Extraction and Analysis:

  • Collect, compile, and analyze data from various commercial and operational departments.
  • Develop comprehensive reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

Commercial and Operational Insights:

  • Monitor and evaluate commercial performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and industry benchmarks.
  • Present findings to the GM in a clear and concise manner, supporting strategic initiatives.

Project Management:

  • Oversee and manage special projects assigned by the GM related to commercial and operational departments.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and report on project status to the GM.
  • Act as a liaison between the GM and commercial/operational department heads.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between departments on key projects and initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional teams in achieving project milestones and objectives.

1. Enhanced Decision-Making Support:

Data-Driven Insights: The role will provide the General Manager (GM) with accurate, data-driven insights that enable informed strategic decisions. The organization can expect a significant improvement in the quality and timeliness of commercial and operational data analysis.

Actionable Recommendations: Offer actionable recommendations based on data analysis, helping the GM to identify opportunities for growth, cost savings, and operational efficiency.

KPI Monitoring: Continuous monitoring and analysis of commercial and operational KPIs will ensure that the organization stays on track to meet its financial and operational targets. Any deviations will be quickly identified, and corrective actions will be recommended.

2. Effective Project Management:

Successful Project Execution: The organization can expect efficient management of special projects, with a focus on timely completion, within budget, and meeting desired outcomes. The Manager will ensure that these projects align with the GM’s vision and organizational objectives.

Cross-Departmental Coordination: The Manager will facilitate effective collaboration between departments, ensuring that projects run smoothly and that any inter-departmental issues are addressed promptly.
