Channel Partner Development – Goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and by forging strong relationships with Channel Partners


Job Responsibilities:

  • Regional market insight analyzes and delivery for different category of products and solutions.
  • Combining market demand & current company product, solution& abilities to form the sales strategy and implement.
  • Identify and setting up new channel partners and implementing the on-boarding process. Developing existing partners including negotiating contracts, following up contract's implementation on monthly basis with both sales and management targets.
  • Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales and identifying new business opportunities
  • Dealing with different dealers, do details product analyze on each model they purchase and optimize their product portfolio to increase the business amount and company profit. Identify the bottle neck (both commercially and technically) and coordinate with relative dept. or companies to solve the issues.
  • Keep updated with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities
  • Setting up and implementing routine training plan for partner and their customers.
  • Weekly and Monthly reporting on sales KPI’s and also meeting minutes
  • Manage certain direct transaction customers on orders and deliveries efficiently.
  • Working on sales and revenue targets as set by the Channel Sales Director/Country Manager
  • Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Line Manager
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications specific to our industry and maintaining personal networks to updated on the latest technologies

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales driven position in Security/IT industry and familiar with the regional channel market
  • Degree in Engineering
  • Need a solid network within the Local Channel network
  • Should have strong sales skills, the ability to listen and to tailor make presentations to meet customer needs
  • Fast learning on new products &solutions, be able to close deal with customer by discussing on specific products and solution requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
  • Persistent and pro-active
  • Responsible and able to drive the business independently
  • Able to effectively motivate supporting teams and drive sales in a time sensitive environment
  • Competitive and efficient in achieving targets
  • Strong public speaking, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Have valid driving license
